BAKU, AZERBAIJAN.  Young women of the pro-government youth organization Ireli, translation {quote}Forward,{quote} carry red carnations to the tomb of Heydar Aliyev, the father of the current president of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, and the second president since the country's independence from the Soviet Union in 1991, on October 14, 2011.  A visit to the tomb of Heydar Aliyev is part of the World Youth Festival which brought young people from around the world to Azerbaijan as part of a week-long tour to showcase Azerbaijan and extol the virtues of the country and the culture to foreigners.
